Presenting Our New Video Series: Capacity Building Moments

Human Impact Partners’ Capacity Building team is excited to announce the launch of our brand new video series: Capacity Building (“CB”) Moments!

This series of video shorts offers a behind-the-scenes glimpse into our health equity capacity building work with health departments and public health practitioners. We’ll feature real-world scenarios, tips, resources, and learnings from our work conducting equitable public health practice.

At HIP, our capacity building work is often — by its very nature — behind the scenes. We’re dedicated to supporting public health in transformative health equity practice via training, technical assistance, and leadership development. That means meeting people where they’re at, building relationships and trust together, and leading with our hearts and humanity to support organizations to take action on structural racism, oppression, and power imbalances that are at the root of health inequities. It’s the kind of nuanced work that’s hard to fully represent in a formal report or newsletter update.

We are beyond excited to “pull back the curtain” on what that means and looks like in practice, and to flex our creative flair in the process.
